Welcome to our GIS Consult call data base for failure reports

Please concretize during the report act the failure and classify the urgency. This classification affects directly the response time of our support team.

You can choose between four priorities for the classification – ascending from insignificant error message to so-called production-impede failures (emergency call). In case of an emergency call, your report will be forwarded to a processor directly and he / she will contact you immediately.

In all other failure-cases, you will get a ticket number as soon as the process starts. The ticket number enables you to check the report and the process at any time online via the report database.

Furthermore, you will be informed via e-mail about important changes in the processing status. In case of great report volume, also a predefined escalation path with direct contact person is available.

Remote maintenance

Support Fernwartung

It’s often easier to solve problems when our support employees can follow them directly on your screen. Therefore, we are using the tool QuickSupport by TeamViewer. With this software our support employees can get access to your computers via remote maintenance and it enables us to help you in a more efficient way. The connection to TeamViewer is secured during the usage by modern cryptographic encrypting methods and each session has a password, too.

  • Connection via a secured internet-server
  • Our support employee can only get access with your explicit consent
  • Third-party programs cannot be installed on your computer
  • It is impossible to delete data from your computer unseen and unjustified
  • You can quit the joint session at any time.
